Allergy to Bovine Proteins

Within the food allergy, one of the most frequent childhood is allergy to the proteins of veal, more commonly known as milk allergy.

The milk of all animals (and human) contains sugars or carbohydrates, the principal is lactose. It also contains different types of fats or lipids. Finally contains proteins or proteins. The compounds that are protein allergy. It is not the same allergy to proteins with lactose intolerance.

The best food for newborns and infants is breast milk. When people stop breastfeeding or if you can give for any reason, milk is used in pharmacy, called milk adapted. This milk is made from cow’s milk, and contains proteins and veal.  These proteins from the cow are foreign to the human body, and this results in some children the onset of allergy against them. The allergy is caused by the body’s defense mechanism against foreign substances.
