Aging is not inevitable soon. The body and mind are like precision machines: so they last a long time, they need to be maintained so meticulously scrupulous, method and regularity.

Before, having reached a certain age, older people felt “old” stay at home and waiting for the end. Today, most older people (provided they are not diminished physical and intellectual) are full of life, more dynamic than many young people.

Previously, age was considered inevitable. We thought we had a capital of life exhausted, wasted away slowly. Now, research tends to show that our organization is rather the victim of a series of poisonings, attacks that cause damage and premature aging.

Having discovered more rational causes of aging, it is possible to find ways to slow it down.

Here are a few:

Watch your diet: eat healthy, slow and in reasonable quantities.
Sleep well: want peace and relaxation before bed you can sleep better.
Physically active: banish violent sports. Walking, golf, water aerobics, tai chi, for example, are more than enough to stretch your joints and muscles.
Discover the pleasures of love: there is no age to practice, it is not the performance that matter, but the well-being that results.
Be zen, looking to relax: book yourself a relaxing every day just for you by leaving your worries behind.
Breathe easy: Learn deep breathing and practice it every day, this will stimulate all your organs.
Take care of your appearance: every day, make you handsome or beautiful, first for you and for your life, reflecting on your morale.
Keep your brain: read, do crossword puzzles (or others), learn every day whether it be poetry or recipes, no matter as long as you like, this will stimulate your brain.

All assets are in your hands. Staying young is largely a matter of mindset. That we have 20, 50 or 80 years, it’s never too late to start. To you to decide!
